What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and Google Local Services Ads
  • Optimize Google Business Profiles for improved local visibility
  • Manage budgets, targeting, bids, and spend to improve lead quality and lower cost per lead
  • Collaborate with internal teams across SEO, design, content, and strategy to align efforts
  • Provide clear campaign performance reporting and insights using platforms like AgencyAnalytics, CallRail, and WhatConverts
  • Monitor digital trends, platform updates, and emerging tools including AI features
  • Contribute to strategic planning and performance recommendations across accounts

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, and LSAs
  • Strong record of improving ROI and reducing cost per lead, especially in home services
  • Familiarity with SEO, content workflows, and cross-channel marketing strategy
  • Experience with reporting and optimization tools like Optmyzr, AgencyAnalytics, CallRail, and WhatConverts
  • Google Ads or Bing Ads certifications preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently and collaborate with a cross-functional team
